FURTHER ACTION.
regarding the application of revised
salaries to serving officers.
2. Sir Andrew Caldecott's proposal
that the revised rates of salary for
super-scale posts should apply to all
future appointments to those posts,
whether by local promotion or from
outside, is in accordance with the
general policy followed in the Colonial
in africa and
Service, elsewhere.

applicable to promotions within the time
